e) By making early stage children's talent discovery in uncommon sports branches without delay, to ensure that children specialize in 1 team and / or 1 individual sports branch and to increase the number of performance athletes in these sports branches.
f) To increase the awareness of the city's current sports opportunities, opportunities and activities
THE RESULTS WANTED TO ACHIEVE IN THE PROJECT ARE AS FOLLOWS:
In line with the objectives of our project,
a) Youth and sports workers can implement education plans suitable for the characteristics of early children.
b) Classroom teachers recognize uncommon sports branches and have sufficient knowledge to direct their students to these branches.
c) Families who raise awareness about uncommon sports branches will be active in directing their children to sports.
d) Participation in uncommon sports branches increases and the number of athletes increases.
e) The usage rates of sports complexes increase.
f) Actively active lifestyle develops
THE TARGET GROUPS OF THE PROJECT ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Youth and sports workers are the main target group of our project. The early stage children of our target group are related to our project, and their teachers and parents, who will directly affect these children, are also the target group of our project.
a) We aim to improve the professional competencies of 30 people from youth and sports workers, the main target group of our project, and the digital skills of 20 people.
b) In our project, children between the ages of 5-7 were determined as the target. The most important factor in this choice is the school starting age of this age group, and the rapid development of gross and fine motor skills in this period. For this reason, our target group is 20 girls and 20 boys, disadvantaged early children who are immigrants, broken families and/or unable to do sports due to financial means.
c) Raising awareness of families about sports is important for the future of sports. In order for families to direct their children to sports professionally, they need to have knowledge about the branches. For this reason, at least 100 parents will be made aware of uncommon sports branches.
d) Ethical principles of sports; self-confidence, discipline, improving communication skills, active and active life, leadership, reducing addictions, gender equality, acting together, etc. Schools are the first place that will enable them to learn. As teachers become more conscious about sports, they will be able to guide children better at this rate. For this reason, at least 15 classroom teachers in schools participating in the project will be made aware of sports and talent orientation.
